To request a course for a student in Genius, follow the steps below:
- Using your account ID and password, login to Genius SIS. If you can’t remember your password, click the “recover password” link.
- Click the Students tab at the top of the page.
- Click the name of the student you wish to enroll.
- Click Requested Courses on the left side of the page.
- Click Add a New Course Request.
- Select the Term drop-down selector and choose the term for which this student will be enrolled in a course.
- Click the Course drop-down selector to choose the course.
- Click the Reason drop-down selector to choose the student’s mentor.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
- Return to your Main Page. You will now see a notification for a course request.
