Using Microsoft Office
1. Open your document in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
2. Click “File” > “Save As”.
3. Choose “PDF” from the file type dropdown.
4. Click “Options” to adjust PDF quality if needed.
5. Click “Save” to create your PDF.
Using Microsoft Print to PDF
1. Open the document you want to convert.
2. Click “File” > “Print”.
3. In the Printer dropdown, select “Microsoft Print to PDF”.
4. Click “Print” to choose a save location.
5. Name your file and click “Save” to create the PDF.
Mac Computers
Using Preview
1. Open your document in Preview.
2. Click “File” > “Export as PDF”.
3. Choose a name and save location.
4. Adjust quality settings if needed.
5. Click “Save” to create your PDF.
Using Any Application
1. Open your document in any application.
2. Click “File” > “Print”.
3. In the print dialog, click the “PDF” dropdown in the lower-left corner.
4. Select “Save as PDF”.
5. Choose a name and location, then click “Save”.
Chromebooks
Using Google Drive
1. Open your document in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
2. Click “File” > “Download” > “PDF Document (.pdf)”.
3. The PDF will be saved to your Downloads folder.
Using Print to PDF
1. Open your document in any application.
2. Press Ctrl + P to open the print dialog.
3. In the “Destination” dropdown, select “Save as PDF”.
4. Click “Save” and choose a location for your PDF.
iPhones and iPads
Using the Files App
1. Open the document you want to convert.
2. Tap the share icon (square with an arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap “Create PDF”.
4. Tap “Done” and choose where to save your new PDF.
Using the Books App
1. Open the document in the Books app.
2. Tap the share icon.
3. Select “Copy to Books” to save it as a PDF.
Android Phones and Tablets

1. Open your document in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
2. Tap the three-dot menu icon.
3. Select “Share & export” > “Save as” > “PDF”.
4. Choose a save location on your device.

Additional Tips
• When creating PDFs from web pages, most modern browsers offer a “Save as PDF” option in their print dialog.
• For scanned documents, many scanner apps now include a “Save as PDF” feature.
• Always review your PDF after creation to ensure all content has been properly converted and formatted.
